Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and UK
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and Sweden.
International: USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Arab Emirates
How can I track my order?
If you haven't received your parcel in the expected time, please drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll supply you with and An Post tracking number, which you can simply enter at the following link: http://track.anpost.ie/TrackOne.aspx to find the whereabouts of your parcel.
What time will my parcel arrive?
Deliveries are made using AnPost between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. There are no Saturday or Sunday deliveries.
What if I am not there at the delivery address when my parcel arrives?
If you are not in to sign for a delivery, collection of your parcel is quick and easy. AnPost will leave a card letting you know that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, giving a time after which you can collect it from your local sorting office.
What do I do if my parcel has not arrived?
If your parcel does not arrive by the last day of the specified delivery time please email us at email@example.com quoting your order number and we will endeavor to get back to you within 24hrs.
Can I exchange items?
No - if you would like to exchange an item for a different product/colour, please simply place a new order and send the original item back for a refund.
Will I be charged customs and imports duties?
Your HIPPENINGS parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties depending on the value of your order. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. These charges are beyond HIPPENINGS control. Contact your local customs office for information on any charges that may be incurred.
